I bought this cheese from igourmet year before, and both my husband and I thought it was so delicious! I ordered a couple of times … If I could afford it, I would always at home! E 'strong, not too strong, very dense, and wonderfully smoky! Until I tried it, I had not eaten smoked a lot, "food". When I read the other report, I knew that would bring in my two cents … and 5 stars! Excellent eaten alone … but the sandwich is great for … Delicious with grilled cheese! IfYou do not mind very spicy cheese … You should definitely try it. And yes, it is a taste of garlic, so you do … but honestly I never thought until the other reviewer mentioned how we both love garlic!

This Oak Smoked Cheddar is made by the Quicke’s family in Devon in the United Kingdom, this is their 12-15-month mature well-falvored cheddar which has been traditionally smoked for 3-4 hours over oak chips from the farm’s woodland.
