Super Bowl Seafood Appetizer Recipes

Building a Super Bowl party can be the work of years or a lot of fun! We took four of our friends and neighbors "of fans tested" Snack & Appetizer Recipes and have built here. See how easy it is to provide a healthy, delicious spreads for the big game with few ingredients! We often bring our party-goers or the preparation of each dish separately. The composition of these pieces can be during pre-game and ready to be done for the service of the whole season, or halfTime.

Basic ingredients:

Hot smoked salmon or gourmet smoked salmon fillets Can

Frozen Crab Meat

Whole Cooked Dungeness Crab

Cream cheese

Garlic herb cheese

Cottage cheese (small curd)

Chives

Green Onions

Red, Green and Yellow Peppers

Garlic

Artichoke hearts

Carr and Triscuits crackers

Baguette

Large Flour Tortillas

Toothpicks

Recipe # 1: Smoked salmonWindmills

Ingredients:

Hot 8 ounces smoked salmon or smoked salmon, canned

1 5 ounces Packaging Garlic Herb Cheese Spread

1 8 ounces cream cheese – softened

1 / 4 cup chopped red onion

1 tablespoon lemon juice

8 8 "Tortillas (flour or Flavored; dried tomato, spinach, etc.).

Directions:

Blend to mix both cheeses until creamy. Stir in red onion and lemon juice.

Remove skin and dice into pieces and chop the smoked salmon in a foodProcessor and the mixture of cheese.

Spread, share, fill in coverage for each tortilla and then roll Jelly Roll style.

Place roll seam on a tray and secure with a toothpick.

Refrigerator until well chilled, trim ends, then cut each roll into wind turbines of 3 / 8 "thick.

Stick a toothpick in each of the wind turbines.

Serve cut apart.

Recipe # 2: Crab Quesadillas

Ingredients:

16 oz. Wild Ocean Seafoods CrabMeat

1 1 / 2 cups Shredded cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese

1 / 4 cup mayonnaise

1st / 3 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons chopped green onion

2 tablespoons chopped drained canned jalapeno Chile

10-12 8 "flour tortillas (flour or flavored, sun-dried tomato, spinach, etc.)

2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:

In a large bowl, all ingredients except tortillas and butter.

Refrigerate until time to complete it.

Spread about 3Tablespoons of filling on each tortilla.

Fold in half, both sides with butter unsalter.

On the plate. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.

Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. This makes it more or less 40 pieces.

Recipe # 3: Smoked Salmon Loaf

Ingredients:

2 6 oz Cans of Wild Alder Smoked Salmon or

Wild Hot 12 ounces smoked salmon.

8 oz cream cheese

½ teaspoon horseradish

1 tablespoon chopped onion

Cracked PepperTaste

Parsley

Directions:

Remove Open cans of smoked salmon, salmon and remove the skin (optional) and the voltage or

Chop the hot smoked salmon with a cut in small pieces in a bowl and a fork.

Add the cream cheese, horseradish, and onions, mix well.

Refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Remove from bowl and shape into a loaf.

Roll the Loaf of fresh parsley and cracked pepper

Serve with crackers or toastBaguette slices.

Recipe # 4: Crab & artichoke dip crab in Shell

Ingredients:

Total 2 Cooked Dungeness Crab

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Cans of 6.5 ounces marinated artichoke hearts

1 cup Curd Cottage Cheese

Garlic powder or granulated garlic flavor.

(E 'best to use the granulated garlic, but it is sometimes sold as "garlicPowder)

Directions:

Removing enters the flesh of Dungeness Crab Crab & Drain into a bowl.

Wash & & clean, the inside of the shell of the crab.

Ensure Gill sections from the top of the shrimp open all bad.

Chop the artichoke hearts in sections 1:8 if not already come that way.

In bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, cheese, and granularGarlic. Mix well with the crab meat.

Place mixture in shells of crab head.

Pre-oven to 350 degrees (F)

Bake 20-25 minutes.

Serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices
