Mom's Crockpot Mac and Cheese – Oops! Super Duper cheesey!

My mother makes them famous macaroni and cheese crockpot for Christmas every year and that is dying! Always steals the scene of the turkey and ham. Her recipe makes a lot, but there are never any leftovers. Like all the recipes of my mother, this is super simple but super delicious. Everyone will ask for the recipe! My mother made this recipe for her mother, my grandmother, and she makes it to Sunday evening a week. How is backit?

Ingredients

7 oz package of Elbow Macaroni

2 tablespoons oil

1 large can evaporated milk

2 large eggs

1.5 liters of milk

3 cups grated extra-strong cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper

1 stick melted butter

PAM Cooking Spray

Directions

1. Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray PAM.

2. Cook macaroni and discard oil.

3. Hiteggs and milk together.

4. All ingredients, while the reserve of about 3 / 4 cup cheese.

5. Put mixture in crockpot.

6. Top with cheese.

7. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours.

8. Enjoy!

My mother is usually the macaroni ahead of time and makes the crockpot on Christmas day while preparing the rest of the meal. Substitutions can be made, like bread, pasta, low fat cheese, etc. However, I prefer to prepare margirinerecipe for macaroni and my guilty pleasure. Try this recipe to highlight each meal.

3 Easy Crockpot Hamburger Dip Recipes

Hamburger recipes are very easy to get. The following recipes are crockpot specific, and recipes for dips.

Crockpot Hamburger-Sausage DIP

* 1 pound ground chuck

* 1 cup picante sauce

* 1 can cream of mushroom soup

* 2 lb. Velveeta cheese … cut into pieces

* 1 pound sausage

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 can Rotel tomatoes

* 3 / 4 teaspoon oregano

Combine picante sauce, garlic powder, soup,Tomato, oregano and cheese in Crock Pot. Brown ground chuck and sausage until it is done. Drain well and Slow Cooker / Crock Pot. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite chips.

HAMBURGER DIP

* 2 pounds lean beef

* 1 cup chopped onion

* 2 cloves garlic, chopped or 1 / 4 teaspoon garlic powder

* Salt to taste

* 2 cans (8-ounce pieces) tomato sauce

* 1 / 2 cup ketchup

* 1 1 / 2 teaspoonOregano

* 2 teaspoons granulated sugar

* 2 package (8-ounce pieces) cream cheese, soft and cut into cubes

* 2 / 3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 1 teaspoon mild chili powder

In a pan, brown ground beef with onion, discard fat. Pour browned meat and onion into Slow Cooker. Add garlic, salt, tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano, sugar, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and chili powder. Set Slow Cooker / Crock Pot on LOW untilCream cheese melted and thoroughly mixed, 1 1 / 2 to 2 hours. Stir, taste
Condiments and ask if desired. Serve with cube French bread or tortilla chips.

If spicier dip is desired, use hot chili powder instead of mild chili powder. Chopped jalapenos may be added if desired.

PARTY HAMBURGER DIP

* 1 pound hamburger

* 1 1 / 2 pound Velveeta

* 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chile

* 1 / 2 onion, chopped

* 1 8 to 12 oz freshMushrooms, sliced

Brown hamburger, mushrooms and onions, drain, leave. Melt Velveeta in slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer (high) for about 30 minutes. Serve with corn chips or crackers. Turn pot to low while serving.
