This is my absolute favorite goat cheese market. It 'very tasty and does not have the strong after-taste, typical of goat cheese. Instead of the flavor is delicate. And 'much later in my house and looking for a top-seller in the health food shop in town. It is composed of raw non-pasteurized, who is wanted in the professional field in the healthcare sector. The flavor is wonderful. It can be eaten raw or for cooking. Apparently the set, it was delicious!
