Tillamook ® Vintage White Sharp Cheddar Cheese in 2 lb brick. Tillamook Vintage White Extra Sharp Cheddar is naturally aged for over two years. This patience makes possible the cheeses strikingly mature, award-winning flavor. This cheese is dryer and slightly crumbly; its a perfect companion to fruit and wine.
At least, that I found. This sharp cheddar cheese, crisp white is a small thing that has been tried by any other cheddar I is unsurpassed. Recently, I no longer carry food in my area, so I have several strong Cheddars, white and otherwise try to replace them. Nobody comes close. Melts beautifully in a microwave and addictingly tasty. All Tillamook cheese is especially creamy and tasty, but this is my favorite by far.
