Family-Favorite Macaroni and cheese

This recipe, as I write all the recipes allow you to have a global impact, only through the purchase of major brands ingredient.
Even a big bowl of dressing like Mac and cheese needs from time to time. I love this dish so much that they are always sampling how. There will always be less than on the table when I started.
Family-Favorite Macaroni and cheese
Preparation time: 25 min
From start to finish: 50 min
Brands: 6 servings (about 3 / 4 cupeach)
2 cups, including elbow macaroni (7 oz)
2 tablespoons margarine
1 / 4 cup flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon pepper
1 / 4 teaspoon ground mustard
1 / 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon onion powder
2 cups fat free milk (milk)
1 ½ cup reduced-fat cheese cubes or shredded Sharp Cheddar (6 oz)

1. Preheat oven to 350 º F.
2. Cook the macaroni in boiling water for pasta are soft.
3. While pasta is cooking, melt margarine in 3-liter pot over low heat. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, mustard, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove pan from heat. Slowly stir in milk. Put the pan back on the heat, stirring, bring to boil, while constantly. Cook and stir 1 minute. MixCheese. Cook, stirring, again and again, until the cheese is melted.
4. Drain water from spaghetti pasta cooked. Gently stir macaroni into cheese sauce. Enter Pour into 2 ungreased pot-liter. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbles throws. Corn sauce spread on fried noodles and cheese.
