- Manchego – Spain’s most famous cheese, made entirely from pure La Mancha sheep’s milk. Manchego is prized for its rich, complex flavor and its satisfyingly grainy texture.
- Mahon – This firm cow’s milk cheese comes from the Balearic Island of Menorca in the Mediterranean. This version has been aged for three months, developing a rich tanginess and fragrant aroma.
- Idiazabal – Smooth, rich and satisfyingly sharp, Idiazabal is a smoked sheep’s milk cheese that gives off a warming rustic scent. It is the quintessential cheese of the Basque country in Northern Spain.
- Murcia al Vino – This 100% goat’s milk cheese from Murcia is bathed in red Spanish wine, making this product a wine-and-cheese party all by itself!

We loved the assortment of cheese and it was finished is more than we expected. The quality is excellent – the Manchego brought us back into the wheel of cheese that we bought our honeymoon! Perfect with some pecans in honey. We would definitely buy this again.
The complaint is that it was pretty warm when we get it. It was a mild day, but not hot, and I'm worried that the cheese would have melted on a hot day, or if the field had been in the sun for longer than he was.

This is one of my favorite recipes and I recommend it to impress your partner of love …
Ingredients (for 2 persons)
250 g / oz spinach noodles topped 9
250 g / 9 oz cream (low fat is better)
250 g / 9 oz cans of mushrooms
200 g / 7 oz grated cheese (you can use any type of cheese, how to use!)
1.5 teaspoon of powdered vegetable base
3 tbsp. Oil Preference
Method
Boil the noodles topped with spinach (You can view aCooking tip here).
In a saucepan, bring the oil and when hot put the mushrooms and dredge with the powder plant. Sauté the mushrooms until they get red or dredged lightly browned. Reduce the heat and immediately add the cream, stirring well. Grated cheese and continue for 2 min Stiring cover pot and simmer sauce for the entire 10 minutes.

I feel like a real cowboy! Ok, this is a product of my imagination, because you see, I never had the chance, a cowboy. However, my sister and my brother-in-law hot adore this recipe!
Ingredients
-400 Grams / 14 oz can of red beans prepared
-400 Grams / 14 oz cans of corn preparations
-400 Grams / 14 oz strips of bacon slices or 12-15 (Chop bacon into very small squares ½ inchx ½ inch)
-250 G / 9 oz cans mushrooms
-250 Ml of tomato

Method

– 1 kg sauerkraut
